Our Story

Born from a Passion
for India's Flavors

Urban Biryanis is part of Urban Indian Flavors, an enterprise founded on a singular belief: India’s culinary heritage is too vast and magnificent to be confined to a single menu. From the tandoor-kissed kebabs of the North to the fiery Andhra curries of the South, we set out to celebrate the full spectrum of our culture. We have built five distinct brands, each a love letter to a different chapter of India’s food story—crafted to bring authenticity, depth, and regional pride to every plate. Together, they form a unified dining experience that reflects the richness, diversity, and evolving spirit of Indian cuisine.

Here at Urban Biryanis, we represent the vibrant, aromatic heritage of South India, bringing a curated menu of authentic, meticulously crafted biryanis right to your table. Highlighting Andhra cuisine’s most celebrated ingredients, we showcase bold, tangy flavors—like our signature Gongura Chicken, Mutton, and Veg Biryanis made with fresh sorrel leaves. Every dish is rooted in tradition yet refined for today’s palate, balancing robust spices and rich regional authenticity with thoughtful presentation. It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience designed to evoke the warmth, celebration, and hospitality that define Indian dining.
